He takes the time to get to know each of his customers and their unique requirements to ensure that they feel comfortable with their boat purchases from him. A ball of energy and a go-getter attitude, Stephen excels in quickly responding to his customer's phone calls and emails. If you have a question, he will get you the answer!
Taking a leap of faith, Stephen left Northern Virginia to pursue his passion for boats in the low country. Joining Longshore in January 2019, he found his true calling in boat sales. Stephen strives to provide a first-class experience for each boat owner, believing that care does not end at the sale but is an ongoing supportive relationship even afterward.
Fishing is Stephen’s passion so whether it’s inshore or offshore fishing, he is constantly on the water with his family sharing his love for boating. When he’s not boating, he’s wine and dining with his wife and spending time with his two children cruising to the sandbar.
Stephen attended North Virginia Community College where he earned a BS in Mechanical Science. He also maintains his US Merchant Marine Captain’s License and PADI Dive Certification.

Originally drawn to the boating industry by its ability to bring people together, Hector began his Longshore journey in March of 2001, making him the longest-running employee in the dealership’s history. Moving to the United States from Costa Rica in 2000, he beginning as a yard assistant 6 months later, then he increased his boating knowledge to become the professional boating advisor he is today.
Hector prides himself on advising his customers on what boat will truly fit their needs, budget and lifestyle. He’s always up-to-date on the latest features on each brand’s boat models and his product knowledge is vast due to his time in service and sales, which demonstrates why his customers have such confidence in him and his ability to provide personal recommendations to help them make their best purchasing decision. His clientele consists of repeat business, which is a reflection of many years of hard work. His main goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with his customers.
In his spare time, Hector enjoys spending time taking his daughter shopping, fishing with his son in the creeks, and staying up too late watching a new show on Netflix.
He maintains his Captain’s License and Garmin Authorized Installer Certification.

Dedicated to solving all of your boat part needs, Dan has been in the marine industry for over a decade since starting at a marina when he was just 15 years old. From engines to propellers to electrical and marine systems, he has the knowledge and expertise to help you find the right parts.
Prior to joining the Longshore team in August 2022, Dan was a technician for four years, which helped expanded his knowledge of boat parts. He is Mercury, Yamaha and MerCruiser Certified.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys working on his race car, offshore fishing and cruising around Charleston on one of his three boats with his dog.

Bianey grew up in Charleston within a large family - she has 6 brothers and is the only girl! She attended USC Beaufort before transferring to Trident Technical College to pursue her degree in Marketing. She joined the Longshore team in April of 2023.
When Bianey is away from the dealership, she enjoys trying new things like roller skating, playing drums, or the latest Charleston restaurant. She is a huge Swiftie and loves Marvel movies. She is also a youth leader at her church!

Nick, our resident boat technician and all-around water enthusiast. With 18 years of experience in the marine industry and our longest-running tech, he’s the go-to person for all things boat-related from routine maintenance to repairs. He has the knowledge and expertise to get the job done right.
His father bought him his first Jon boat in his early teens igniting his passion for boating. He attended AMI Marine Technical College receiving his Marine certification and has since received his Yamaha Outboard Master Technician certification in 2012.
When he’s not working on boats, you can find him out on the water fishing at local tournaments or cruising with his beautiful family and working on old cars!

Steven is our technical wizard that has lived the ultimate marine lifestyle. Growing up in the Inlet, he spent his time crabbing, shrimping and casting a rod to catch all the fish you could imagine while aboard his family’s boat.
He attended the Marine Mechanics Institute receiving his Marine certification in 2014. Shortly after he joined Longshore in January 2015. He maintains his AirMar Installer Certification and attends Yamaha/Mercury schooling throughout the year.
He’s always on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and boating equipment. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Steven takes pride in his work and is dedicated to ensuring that each boat he works on is in top-notch condition.
When he’s not rigging up your boat, he’s hunting, taking his two sons out on the boat and cheering on the Cowboys or the Clemson Tigers! Steven also takes pride in being the dealership’s 2021 Corn Hole Champion!

A rising star in the industry, Jackson has the desire to learn and an eagerness to gain hands-on experience to develop the skills he needs to become a top-notch boat technician. As an apprentice, Jackson works closely with our experienced boat technicians to learn the ins and outs of the trade assisting with routine maintenance, repairs and installations. As a true boating enthusiast, he got his boating license when he was 12 years old prior to getting his first boat, a Carolina Skiff.
He began working in the marine industry at 15 selling boat parts. Upon graduating high school, he immediately joined Longshore in June 2022. He will be a certified technician after completing his Yamaha courses late this summer.
When he’s not working in the shop, you can find Jackson playing basketball with friends, working on his project boats and hitting the Charleston waters to catch Redfish!

Growing up on the water, Allie has always loved boating. She even learned to drive a boat before she learned to drive a car! As our marketing mastermind, Allie is excited to bring what Longshore Boats has to offer to new and old boaters alike!
Allie couldn't leave the water so she went to Christopher Newport University to study Communication, Graphic Design, and Digital Humanities. From a young age, she always took pictures and videos of family and friends and knew she wanted to include that in her career path. Being the Marketing Coordinator at Longshore Boats has allowed Allie to combine her passions!
When Allie isn't editing pictures of our beautiful boats, she loves to travel, be a plant mom, attend the White Marlin Open in her hometown, line dance, and go to the sandbar!

Dedicated to professionalism and accuracy, Rose has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. She has been responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our dealership since June of 2019. Originally beginning as our Bookkeeper, Rose has since been promoted to Controller in 2022. She has reconstructed our accounting department and her utmost goal is to serve our customers with integrity. She graduated from Far Eastern University with a BS in Financial Accounting.
When she’s not chasing down receipts we don’t hand in, she’s spending time with her family and showing them around the world. Rose lives a jet-setting lifestyle working and visiting over 27 countries for 14 years in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

A jack-of-all-trades with a can-do attitude and the willingness to help, Oscar is the go-to person for all things service-related. He’s been with our Longshore Family since March 2019 beginning as a Sales Assistant. With the intrigue that the boating lifestyle brought him, he made the switch to Yard Assistant. Quickly after, he was promoted to Detail Technician working on delivery detailing. Oscar was promoted a third time and is now our resident Yard Foreman specializing in bottom painting, gel coat and boat restoration. He also maintains his forklift certification.
Oscar has received dual degrees studying at the University of Quindío in Administration and Occupational Safety and Health graduating in 2017. Shortly after he moved to the United States in 2018 landing in Charleston due to him being drawn to the historic beauty.
When he’s not on a mission to find the world’s best Bloody Mary, Oscar spends his time traveling to new cities, dancing the night away and boating to the beach to relax with friends!
